1. Use of Service

IMSUPP ("Service") is a platform for B2B supply chain production tracking. By using this Service, you agree to these terms. Users under 14 years of age are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account credentials with others.

3. Data and Content

Data you input into the Service (project information, client information, etc.) belongs to you. IMSUPP will not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

4. Service Changes and Termination

IMSUPP may modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice. For paid plans, a prorated refund will be provided for unused periods in the event of service discontinuation.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." IMSUPP does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance of the Service. Estimated delivery dates (ETAs), schedules, and status information shown in the Service are estimates based on the values you enter, and their accuracy or completeness is not warranted. They are not contractual commitments, and IMSUPP is not liable for any decisions made — by you or any third party — in reliance on this information, or for any resulting loss or damage. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IMSUPP's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, for fraud or phishing, to impersonate others, to publish malicious or deceptive content, or to infringe the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for all content you publish or share through the Service, including via public tracking links (/track).
